Session 10 Red Horse of War (Part 2)

In Session 9 we introduced a set of conflicts that very well could lead up to the

horrible Red Horse War. After much research by the author several aspects of the

short verse of Revelation 6:3 is seemingly becoming clearer. A sequence of events

seems to come into play logically. It seems like the Rapture could easily happen right

before the destruction of Damascus to protect our brothers and sisters in Christ living

there. Or if God evacuates them perhaps before or after the events of Ezekiel 38 & 39.

One thing is for sure, the Red Horse of War is ready to ride out however right after the

White Horse of Deception.

This lesson will present these findings. Our first efforts here will be to deduce several

parties in the book of Revelation. Focusing on events that are clearly marked as

during the Tribulation. Let’s start by reading Revelation 13:1-2 and Daniel 2:42-43.

1. The sea mentioned in

Revelation could be

considered the sea of

nations. So, what would

this beast be?

The author understands the 10 crowns to

be 10 kings or leaders and the 10 horns to

be 10 governments they are associated

with. The 7 heads mentioned are a

complicated topic. We will look at that in

just a bit. The Daniel 2:42-43 also

describes 10 toes on a statue as being an

end times kingdom.

2. Daniel 2 verse 43 talks about how the iron does not mix with clay. What does

that say about this “kingdom”?

3. Who is the Dragon in Revelation

13:1-2?

4. If a head was fatally wounded does

that sound familiar to part of last week’s session?

Daniel 2:42-43 NIV

As the toes were partly iron and partly clay,

so this kingdom will be partly strong and

partly brittle.

And just as you saw the iron

mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a

mixture and will not remain united, any more

than iron mixes with clay.

Revelation 13:3 NIV

One of the heads of the beast seemed to

have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound

had been healed. The whole world was filled

with wonder and followed the beast.

Could Russian and some of its allies

that suffered horrible defeat in

Ezekiel 38-39 be a part of this 10-

nation beast? (A little speculation

here). (One head out of 7… hmm)

Now we should try to understand the

7 heads just a little bit more. Please

read Revelation 17:10-11. Scholars

have a lot of discussion about this topic. Some believe this verse relates to world

empires where 5 had fallen by Johns time (Egypt, Assyria, Neo-Babylonia, Persia,

and Greece) was existing (Rome) and one that does not exist (A collection of 10

nations before the Antichrist) and an eighth which is one of the 7 (the same 10 nations

but now headed by the Antichrist)

. Other scholars point to various historical Roman

emperors that had died and living at John’s time and would come after. I tend to think

this information could very well be “sealed” by God until those living closer to the

events can see it clearly. So, this “party” to the Red Horse of War seems to be a

Multi-Polar world power with 10

nations.

Let’s look at the next party that

seems to be a part of this world

conflict. To see the introduction of

this character we need to read

Revelation 17:1-5.

5. This person is introduced as

an immoral prostitute. Who

did this person corrupt?

6. In this scripture who is the

woman sitting on and what

does that signify?

I think we can identify who this

woman is. Unfortunately, this party to

the Red Horse War is, in my humble

opinion, is the worst aspects of

Western nations. Immorality has spread around the world from western nations

promoted by non-other that our own United States of America sadly. I cannot express

how sad I am to come to this conclusion. While our country has been a shining

beacon on a hill to the rest of the world it has also, sadly, introduced the world to

much darkness. When God’s church is gone after the Rapture, I can only see this as

becoming truer. This character has one head… one nation represents this entity. This

is a Uni-Polar world power.

Revelation 17:10-11 NIV

10 and they are seven kings; five have fallen,

one is, the other has not yet come; and when

he comes, he must remain a little while. 11

The beast which was, and is not, is himself

also an eighth and is one of the seven, and he

goes to destruction.

Revelation 17:1-5 NIV

17 Then one of the seven angels who had the

seven bowls came and spoke with me, saying,

“Come here, I will show you the judgment of

the great prostitute who sits on many waters, 2

with whom the kings of the earth committed

acts of sexual immorality, and those who live

on the earth became drunk with the wine of

her sexual immorality.” 3 And he carried me

away [a]in the Spirit into a wilderness; and I

saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, full of

blasphemous names, having seven heads and

ten horns. 4 The woman was clothed in purple

and scarlet, and [b]adorned with gold, precious

[c]stones, and pearls, holding in her hand a

gold cup full of abominations and of the

unclean things of her sexual immorality, 5 and

on her forehead a name was written, [d]a

mystery: “BABYLON THE GREAT, THE

MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE

ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.”

So, there appears to be one other party

to the terrible time of the Red Horse of

war. Please read Daniel 12:7 to see

who else appears to be involved in this

conflict.

7. Who are the “holy people”

mentioned in Daniel 7:7?

8. What happens to these people after 3 and ½ years (time, times and half a

time)?

Now it is time to describe what is

happening during the Red Horse

(WWIII). A big part of this war can

be seen in a few short verses. Let’s

first read Revelation 17:16.

9. What happens between the Great Prostitute and the 10 headed beast?

At this point we see the multi-polar power destroy and actually cannibalize the uni-

polar world power. The wording of “burn her with fire” sound horrifically like a

nuclear war. It can probably be

assumed that the multi-polar power

will have a “healed” Russia as a

member who has nuclear weapons.

The USA has nuclear weapons. We

should also take a look at another

scripture that seems to provide some

more detail to this “battle”. I say

battle in quotes because it happens

in one hour. It sounds much like a

surprise attack on a large city in a

very wealthy nation. The future

Session 16 will look more closely at

the reasoning on who the prostitute

is.

World War II was a two-theatre war

where both Europe and Asia were

involved. It may be that there will be

two theatre war involved with the

Red Horse War. It appears that the

7 The man clothed in linen, who was above the

waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his

left hand toward heaven, and I heard him

swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It

will be for a time, times and half a time.[b]

When the power of the holy people has been

finally broken, all these things will be

completed.”

Revelation 17:16 NIV

16 The beast and the ten horns you saw will

hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin

and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and

burn her with fire.

Revelation 18:9-13 NIV

9 “When the kings of the earth who committed

adultery with her and shared her luxury see the

smoke of her burning, they will weep and

mourn over her. 10 Terrified at her torment,

they will stand far off and cry:

“‘Woe! Woe to you, great city,

you mighty city of Babylon!

In one hour your doom has come!’

11 “The merchants of the earth will weep and

mourn over her because no one buys their

cargoes anymore— 12 cargoes of gold, silver,

precious stones and pearls; fine linen, purple,

silk and scarlet cloth; every sort of citron

wood, and articles of every kind made of

ivory, costly wood, bronze, iron and marble;

13 cargoes of cinnamon and spice, of incense,

myrrh and frankincense, of wine and olive oil,

of fine flour and wheat; cattle and sheep;

horses and carriages; and human beings sold

as slaves.

multi-polar/uni-polar war will be

nuclear in nature and that a very

brutal war between Israel and the

forces led by the Antichrist

(probably includes the multi-polar

power he will head) will “break”

the power of Israel. A lot seems to

happen between the deceptive

Antichrist and Israel at the 3 and ½

year time frame. It would seem that

this moment is the moment when

Jesus tells his Jewish Tribulation

Saints to escape to the mountains to

survive the “breaking” of the nation of Israel. Please read Matthew 24:15-19. World

War III will be all the horror that people have always imagined.

Wrap up

There is a saying that “War is Hell”. In the case of the Red Horse War or WWIII I

think it will be particularly true. War where the Enemy controls the planet will truly

be indescribably horrific conflict. It will apparently be a nuclear based war in one

theatre and a brutal genocidal attempt on Israel in another. The Red Horse appears as

the Antichrist tried to consolidate all of his power after his peace keeping deception. It

would appear that he eliminates the threats of all super-powers at this point. Russia

has already been decimated in Ezekiel 38-39 but “healed” to serve the Antichrist. If

the USA turns into the Great Prostitute after the Rapture, it will brought into

submission VIA nuclear exchange when the Multi-Polar power under control of the

Antichrist burns her with nuclear fire and cannibalizes her remaining economy and

resources. (I am assuming the Multi-Polar 10 nation empire under the Antichrist will

contain Russia, a nuclear power.) There are several other scriptures that could have

been referenced in this section to support the ideas presented. Session 9 shows how

Israel becomes a powerful and peaceful nation that is protected by God himself during

the Ezekiel 38-39 events. It is logical to think that Russia and the rest of the world

will be wanting to be rid of Western (USA) financial sanctions and will be building a

multi-polar economic and military power base to buck that rider. They also will be

wanting revenge on God’s Holy People Israel by this point after the lead up described

in Section 9.

This section should once again encourage us to witness to our unsaved friends and

loved ones. We do not want them to experience this terrible war. We want them to be

with us in heaven after the Rapture.

Matthew 24:15-19 NIV

15 “So when you see standing in the holy

place ‘the abomination that causes

desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet

Daniel—let the reader understand— 16 then

let those who are in Judea flee to the

mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go

down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let

no one in the field go back to get their cloak.

19 How dreadful it will be in those days for

pregnant women and nursing mothers!
